We are Acton natives and love living in this historic area! We like to take our kids to explore science at the Discovery Museum. There are so many hands-on exhibits and a range of activities for both kids and adults to learn! We also love to bike or take in a concert at Nara Park, riding on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, or enjoying the lush green walking trails. Definitely a must see!
And if you’re looking for a great place to get a bite to eat, there are plenty of locally owned restaurants to try. Right now, we’re loving Blackbird Cafe and Acton Coffee House (they have vegan pastries!), Sorrento’s (they offer pizzas with vegan cheese!), and our childhood favorite Acton New London Style Pizza. Or pick up some delicious produce and gourmet goodies at Idylwilde for a picnic or home cooked meal. There is so much more history and natural beauty to discover in Acton - we hope you enjoy your time here
