PowerView® Automation can be added to your customized window treatments, including innovative sheer shades from Hunter Douglas.
How Does PowerView® Automation Work?
PowerView® Automation is a motorized window treatment option that can be added to existing Hunter Douglas window treatments or implemented during the installation of new Hunter Douglas window treatments.
PowerView® Automation is a technology that allows you to schedule routines and gives you hands-free operation of your window treatments. There are several ways to use this cutting-edge technology - you can independently operate your window coverings with the Pebble® Remote Control, with the PowerView® app on your smart device, or even through voice activation when PowerView® is integrated with a smart-home systems such as Amazon Alexa, Siri® on your Apple device or the Google Assistant.
This technology eliminates the need to manually move, open, or close your window treatments. The ease of use is unparalleled, giving you so many options to operate your window treatments, even while you’re away! You can adjust your blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes to move on an automated schedule, so the natural light in your home moves with you, whether or not you’re at home. This is a great option to mimic occupancy if your home is empty while you’re on vacation, or to conserve energy while you’re away from home during the day.
